Courses may be cancelled if less than 8 persons complete the registration process by one week before scheduled course date(s). Ensure your course of choice takes place (and make use of any discounts offered) by registering early!
Refunds will not be issued once registration is completed and the course is confirmed. If for any reason you cannot attend the course that you have registered for, the funds you have paid may go towards another course during the same CMTBC CEC cycle as per your choosing. You must communicate with us prior to the course date in order to transfer funds and be registered for another course. A ‘no-show’ with no prior communication and/or arrangement will result in no refund and no registration transfer.
